AES, LLC., established in 2004, is capable of a full range of custom engineered applications.  We specialize in nitrogen dewars, pressure vessels, vacuum chambers, cold boxes, cryogenic systems, vacuum jacketed piping and special non standard pressure vessel design.  We hold the “U” and “R” stamps.

AES uses Stick, MIG, TIG, Flux Core and Sub Arc.  All welders are A.S.M.E Code, Section 9 certified.

Quality Control – AES has a quality control department capable of meeting our customer requirements and specifications.

As a fabricator who follows A.S.M.E. codes, we perform under a complete written quality control process from material receiving to shipment of the finished product.

Custom Job Shop – AES maintains a fully equipped custom job shop, capable of building a wide range of products.  Whether it’s a single component or a full turnkey fabrication, AES is ready to serve your needs.

Machine Shop – Having our own in-house machine shop allows AES to assert a tighter control on the quality of our products. Customers will be pleased with the craftsmanship and quality of our products.

Geographically – We are located in the Northeast Pennsylvania approximately 60 miles from Philadelphia International Airport and Newark International Airport.  AES is near a major highway and has easy transport to Philadelphia, New Jersey, or Baltimore port.

This geographical advantage allows us to handle big projects.
