Our highly trained engineering staff have the experience in designing and building cryogenic products, pressure vessels, and vacuum chambers.  AES prides itself on its ability to work closely with its customers to consistently provide the best possible product in strict accordance with the specifications at the lowest possible cost.

Machining

AES, LLC’s machine shop is a full service machine shop.  Having the Machine Shop, Weld Shop, and Engineering within our disposal enables us to service our customer with superior cost, time and quality.

Welding

AES LLC is a coded shop certified to produce ASME “U” and “R” stamp pressure vessels.  Our welders are qualified in a broad range of materials such as carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, monel, nickel, hastelloy and Inconel.  AES has welding procedures in place to meet ASME B31.12 – 2019 Hydrogen Piping and Pipelines.

Testing and Quality

AES LLC has quality control department capable of meeting our customer most stringent requirements and specifications.  As a fabricator who follows A.S.M.E. codes, we perform under a complete written quality control process from material receiving to final testing of the finished product.
